如何阅读通过 Apple Bug Reporting 导出的 *.istp 等日志？

背景

因为项目需要，根据 https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/?platform=ios 的指南安装了 Baseband 的 Profile 并抓取 iPhone 6 (iOS14) 上的 Baseband 日志。

iTunes 将日志同步到了 Windows 的如下目录中 C:\Users[用户名]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice[iPhone 名]\Baseband

但是目录里的日志文件主要是一些 *.istp 文件。这些文件似乎不是常见的文本文件，请问在 Windows 下用什么方法和工具可以阅读这些日志文件？先行感谢大佬们！
