Windows 自动更新好烦，Mac 也好烦，日用 PC 而已，为毛总是推更新。 一更新到处的 bug，又得连着等新版本，好不容易升到一个稳定的版本，总是推更新 实在是太烦了，强行喂屎。有没有什么办法彻底关掉。
软件更新里边的自动更新等等都是没有勾选的，但还是在一直推送更新，哭了。

Ignoring software updates is deprecated. The ability to ignore individual updates will be removed in a future release of macOS. |
