我有一张图片，然后要把图片的每个像素调用同一个函数进行加密运算(每个像素加密过程独立)，现在是采用循环顺序对每个像素进行处理，感觉这样效率太低了，有没有办法可以让多个像素并行处理，提高处理效率。。

多线程 or 多进程？ python 的话有 numpy 可以用，还是慢的话可以用 GPU 来跑。
