通过大名鼎鼎的 https://tinypng.com/提供的 API 完成图片压缩并返回

是程序员的好助手，设计狮的小帮手---rua!!!

机器人名字叫做“ TinyBear ”！

创意描述： 程序员设计师朋友们肯定在工作中需要压缩图片，上面的 tinypng 地址也经常用吧！有了 TinyBear 就不需要每次打开 web 页面再下载啦！

主要功能和使用

git clone => npm install => 在 bin 文件夹里填上自己的 Hubot Token

①将图片 url 地址传给 TinyBear 机器人它就会返回压缩后的图片啦

(压缩率还是很高的，第三幅图的前两个压缩率比较低是因为之前压缩过一次啦)
