    看测试 http://107.182.184.6/100mb.bin 联通能跑满且稳定就下了一单，结果自己建的 138.128.197.223 low 到不行，和测试的完全两样。另外说是洛杉矶直连，其实上海联通只有去程是，回程要过 AS3491 和 AS1239 。奠信是双向直连，但白天只有 100KB 。果断退款走人
