iOS客户端里用webview嵌入网页，网页是按照640的宽度设置的，由于其他原因webview中并未设置自动缩放，所以想通过html中的meta标签来设置viewport属性，来达到缩放网页的效果，但无论viewport如何设置，在客户端里显示都不起效果,请问大神们这是什么原因呢？
