为了用一个可读的文件格式来管理todo，尤其是项目todo.


使用的todo存储格式是markdown todo list 格式的。

主要命令行的输入中文还是不方便，但是如果只用英文的朋友可以试试。

@andybest 存在当前目录的 todo.txt

项目的初衷是：可读存储的todo工具。所以，todo.txt的格式是易于阅读的。

我一开始是想放在git project里记录待办事项的，而且可以在github上很好的看出哪项待办

@renyuan1985 mac 和 当前 主要的 桌面发行版 linux，默认都是utf8了，终端/命令行下 输入中文没任何问题。
