切换到 postgres 用户，然后 psql 进去的不是吗。
然后就用\du，\q 这样。

1、pgcli
2、pgweb http://sosedoff.github.io/pgweb/ 简单查看非常好
3、官方的 pgadmin，比较重

brew install postgresql 装完 psql 也有了，一般创建或删除数据库用一下 psql，其它 gui 客户端创建数据库会提示权限不足

这个问题很久前就有人问过。如果只要客户端，那么

brew install libpq

就行
