QQ 诈骗，网页提供是 github 中的项目？怎么举报？

同学 QQ 空间中 @我，发现是诈骗，网页提供方居然是 github，然后就搜索了下，在 github 中有找到，看起来是一些小号，怎么举报相关的项目和小号？

其中一个用户为：

github pages 只能放静态页面，他这个肯定是另外有个后端服务器的，找到这个后端服务器 ip 的话应该可以直接向服务商报 abuse 的。
