突发奇想，写个脚本并发 ping 遍全球公网 ip。有什么办法吗？

如题，想利用 ping 返回的时间信息制作个全球 ip 的数据图。记得有个国外 dalao 做过了。也没有搜到。有什么线索和建议吗？
