windows 下有没有像 iptables 那样的东西拦截本地所有外发 53 端口的请求然后转向到另一个 ip 和端口？

驱动里面 ndis filter 驱动中间层驱动 wfp 驱动都可以实现
应用层做 socket api hook 也行

isp 拦截所有 53 请求都转到他自己了
