确定性生成宠物的外观（物种、稀有度、眼睛、帽子）基于 hash(userId + salt) 确定性生成，使用 Mulberry32 伪随机数生成器。这意味着：同一个账号永远对应同一只宠物外观无法通过修改配置文件伪造稀有度物种名称变更不会破坏已保存的宠物

对原版做了改进 —— /buddy reroll 采用公平轮换算法：维护每种物种的出现次数计数器 reroll 时只从出现次数最少的物种池中随机选择连续 reroll 18 次，保证每种物种至少出现 1 次全部出现后进入下一轮，再次公平轮换
