Claude 账号被封了，还能救回来不

RT,今天突然发现用不了了，能登陆，但是发消息提醒 This organization has been disabled.

看邮箱发现他们的邮件：

账号是自己注册的，忘了用的哪里的手机号，邮箱是 live ，ip 是 bwh, 一直用的 itunes 订阅，断断续续用了一年多了，之前天天用到限额都没事。最近也就昨天还是前天下午用到限额了，最近一个月用量都很少。不知道跟我有一次忘记直连打开 web 有没有关系，但是之前这样都没关系。

现在已经提交了申诉表单，不知道还能做什么。是不是他们调整政策了，这种情况还有救不？
